*Additional Information:

  1. Additional charges may apply for services supplied other than "routine" cleaning.
  2. No Repairs or improvements will be made without customer approval first.
  3. Labor and material will be discounted 15% from our normal rates and after hours rates when they apply.
  4. Replacement of Air Conditioning and/or heating units do not qualify for 15% discount.
